Healthy food company Nature Delivered have chosen Kliklok again to supply TWO more JR carton forming

machinesfor their plant in Feltham, having already installed three.  As part of their move to reduce their packaging by using thinner, 100% biodegradable & recycled carton board, Nature Delivered initially asked Kliklok to supply a cartoning machine to ease the transition from hand erecting to automatic carton forming. 

The Kliklok JR carton erector was selected for its reputation as a versatile and dependable machine, ideally suited for hand pack operations, providing a steady flow of formed cartons or trays.

The products are portions of dried fruit, nuts & seeds that sit inside compartments in a specially formed top load carton.  As well as erecting the cartons, Kliklok are pre-breaking the three lid flaps, as they are tucked inside the carton once the product has been manually inserted. The package is then mailed to homes and workplaces as a healthy alternative for lunches & snacks.
